The right person makes all the difference

We support schools, clinics and education providers in securing specialists for roles where clinical experience, caseload relevance and team fit matter more than volume. Our focus is SEN, complex needs and multidisciplinary environments, where a poor hiring decision costs far more than a delayed one.

How We Source Candidates

Our model is built around proactive search rather than reactive advertising:

  • 60% Headhunting – Direct outreach to relevant professionals within targeted markets

  • 30% Referrals – Trusted network of placed candidates and industry contacts

  • 10% Advertising – Targeted campaigns to support specific or urgent requirements

This approach allows us to access candidates who are not actively applying, but are open to the right opportunity.

Understanding of Licensing & Compliance

We support hiring across multiple regulatory environments and understand the importance of candidate eligibility.

We regularly work with professionals holding or working towards:

  • HCPC (UK)

  • DHA / HAAD (UAE)

  • QCHP (Qatar)

  • AHPC (Singapore)

We also guide candidates through:

  • Licensing pathways

  • Documentation requirements

  • Relocation and onboarding processes

This ensures candidates presented are not only suitable clinically, but viable from a compliance perspective.

What We Assess

We don’t rely on CVs alone. Candidates are screened for:

  • Relevant caseload experience (e.g. ASD, PMLD, neurodevelopmental)

  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams

  • Experience across school and/or clinical environments

  • Structured approach to assessment and intervention

  • Suitability for international relocation (where required)

Our Process

1. Role briefing (clinical, operational and cultural requirements)
2. Targeted headhunting and network outreach
3. Screening for relevant experience and licensing viability
4. Shortlisted CV submission
5. Interview coordination
6. Offer, compliance and relocation support
