About Us

I founded ThriveMind Talent to do one thing well: connect the right professionals with the right organisations in SEN, psychology and allied health.
 

After reading Law at the University of Leeds, my background in recruitment spans a range of sectors: energy, oil and gas, aerospace and UK public sector - including work with organisations such as Saudi Aramco. That breadth gave me a grounding in how to recruit properly: how to headhunt, how to manage clients and how to deliver in unfamiliar markets.
 

It was working with schools and specialist providers across the Middle East that focused everything. I've travelled to meet clients directly and have gone on to work with organisations across Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE, Singapore and the wider region — placing SEN Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Clinical Psychologists into specialist schools and multidisciplinary clinics.
 

My connection to allied health is also personal. In 2012 I suffered a brain haemorrhage and recovered with the support of skilled clinicians. I've also cared for close family members living with neurological conditions. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the difference a great therapist or clinician makes and it's part of why this work matters to me beyond the business.
 

My approach hasn't changed since day one: understand the person, understand the requirement and don't cut corners on either.
